Accuracy

This endpoint provides accuracy metrics for past forecasts for a given lat/lon pair or global forecast. Three industry standard metrics are included in one response, which are crpss, acc and MAE. These accuracy statistics aggregate all forecasts made from 1993 through present day. crpss and MAE are relative to climatology, and provide the fractional improvement over the accuracy provided by climatology.
